My student visa application is under process. Its been 5 weeks but no response. Now i have another opportunity for which i need my passport. How can i get my documents on immediate basis from the embassy without any further wait

you can try emailing them which will take time or calling them for a quick reply. If you have the option to visit CHC then do that.

Don't Do this . IF YOU FORCE THEM TO GIVE YOUR DOCS BACK, YOUR VISA WILL BE CANCELLED , 100 % !!
your best option is to wait unless the other opportunity is a golden bowl
