hey guys i m new here bt i need urgent help i apply under spp and got refuse with stupid reasons now i m confused wt to do
i have done 3yr diploma in electrical engg with 74% n hons
i got 6.5 bands in ielts
l-7
r-7
s-6.5
w-5.5
can i apply for degree program or for the same program i got refuse dis tym plz reply i hav much hopes from u guys

no u can not apply for degree......for degree u need no less than 6.0 in all modules

you may try for post secondary diploma related to your stream as i have done & got visa......actually i have done 3 year diploma as well as b.tech in electrical engineering and now got visa for electronics engineering technician diploma there in sheridan college........make your SOP strong enough so that visa officer thinks twice before refuse your visa application....if you need any help regarding SOP feel free to ask me....jarnail_saini2004@yahoo.com

Your IELTS band score in writing section is below the required minimum.

i dont think so....for a graduate level program we need overall 6 and individual no less then 5.5....but yea for a post graduate program individual 6 and overall 6.5 bands are required but as the person above mention that he has done 3 year diploma which is an undergraduate course so he will definitely go for graduate level program for which his IELTS scores meet the requirement

if that member IELTS is ok , thn why that member got rejected for student visa ?
Almost all good school expects 6.0 in individual score. That member rejection looks more for study mismatch, but thn it depends on case to case.

5.5 is a school requirement NOT CHC requirement. CHC acts more on "generalistic profile" rather thn fact !

I always maintained that its "profile" that matters a lot, NOT just meeting a "requirement".
