I'm sorry, I am not sure I understand. I think you are confusing your CRS with your immigration rubric score. The two are separate things.
The rubric is used to assess whether or not you are eligible to immigrate to Canada to begin with (you need to score a minimum of 67 points on it), while your CRS is a comprehensive score awarded to your profile, keeping in mind individual skills and factors, which can go as high as 1,200. Your internal rubric score seems to be 70 (which means you are eligible to apply), but your CRS is 354 (which is the total score you get in the pool- in all honesty, it's not high enough to get an invitation from CIC, or even from a province. You may want to work on increasing it).

Thanks for quick response, I entry as a international student in Canada November 2013 I submitted PR in 2014 but my file is returned due my Noc is full and submitted again with New rule 2015 but my score is very low, now 2016 January last my file is expired. November 2015 my pgwp and trv is approved .I have full time job offer in B.C. Canada but not LMO. How can increase my score .??
