talk to ur in- laws about this and if they're still dont want to give ur id's back call immigration about ur situation... Goodluck

If you are a legal permanet resident they can not deport you. You should contact the police and inform them of the situation. I would also inform canadain immigration about the situation. You should be able to order a new SIN card and PR card. As for your passport contact the embassy for you country in canada and explain the situation so they can issue you a new passport and cancel the old one. I assume you are not living with your in-laws anymore so you can have the new documents sent to your new address. This way the in-laws would ahve no access to them. Do not worry about being deported as long as you have not commited any crimes that would make you eligible for deportation. Even if you are not longer with your spouse this is not a reason to be deported. Even if you get divorced this does not matter once you become a PR you keep it regards of your future marital status.

What happened that you no longer live with your wife after only being in Canada for 4 months?

They do not have the power to deport you if you have your PR. Call police about them stealing your ID.

i don,t understand why this happen to him only after 4 month. Whats abt her wife etc...
..............................

They cannot get you deported unless you have committed a crime. From what you have posted, it sounds like you have not.

First step, call the police.
Tell the police about the theft of your documents and the threats that your in-laws have made (to deport you).

My friend just call police. you don't need any lawyer unless you are hiding something from us. This forum is like a family, tell us the truth and we all may be able to help you in a better way. You do not need a lawyer for this. At the very least, you can have your SIN card reissued by telling them you have lost your wallet. Same goes to Permanent resident card.

In order to apply for new passport you do need police report saying that you lost it or someone steal it.
