Hi guys, I'm trying to online order my travel record from CBSA . However they do not ask my passport# or PR# number? How can they identify me? Do I need to upload my PR card copy?

Also, I dont know what should I fill in "Details on personal information sought", please give some ideas.

By the way, how to apply a US travel record from CBP? Seems the link of online applying is crash

Thank you...

I applied the same way and still have not received anything from them so my suggestion might not be a perfect fit. However, I uploaded my passport copy. Lets see what happens. Also do you or somebody else has an idea how long it will take for them to process my request? Thanks.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Yes - please upload a scanned copy of relevant ID documents (that is: front page of your passport and PR card). This should be enough for them.
Also, specify details in body of your letter or notes. For example:

My identification details are as follows:
PR Card CLIENT ID - xxxx-xxxx
Passport number - xxxxxxxxx (Country)
Date of Birth - xx/xx/xxxx

If you don't attach ID documents, I think they'll reject your request anyway.

Thanks
