Need help..Totally Confused

I have already got PR approved.But, my child was born after PR approval and hence I did upfront medical for child, got passport, birth certificate and raised CSE.

Now I am worried that I did baby's medical without CIC asking me to do so hence they might reject my application. What u guys think?

You will be fine. As you stated "my child was born after PR approval and hence I did upfront medical for child, got passport, birth certificate and raised CSE".

You have been honest and transparent. No reason for any adverser findings against you by the VO.
