Need help to upload imm5257 form

Hello,

I am applying for my mom's vistor visa online but I am unable to upload the IMM5257 form on CIC portal. It is validated and has bar code at the bottom of the form but still showing error. I have downloaded the latest adobe acrobat on my PC.I also tried uploading it on chrome, internet explorer but nothing worked. Please help me.

Your help will be highly appreciated.

Click the validate button on the form and save as on your local drive. It will not validate and show the bar code if there are any errors. Then from your online application, click upload document and select the saved imm5257 form on your computer. Then click upload.
