Need Help to get ECA From MCC

Hi,I am a MBBS Doctor from Pakistan,on 7th march I got my invitation from Ontario in general practitioner NOC,my consultant just informed me now that you have get ECA from MCC(medical council of canada).My university is listed in ECFMG list and I have some queries so thats why I am posting,kindly help me out.... 1)Is HEC Verified Photocopy* is necessary for MCC ECA verification?(my all credentials are attested from HEC and WES,I am asking about photocopy of it).... 2)How much time it will take as I have only 40 days to submit my documents,my university is in ECFMG list... Any suggestions?
