need help to bring 11 month old son to canada

Hi

i am Canadian Citizen
My spouse got PR visa on 18 jun 2017 and she is going to come first time after 2 months.

My son born in India before 11 months in june 2016
I already submitted his Proof of Citizenship file in Feb 2016 and its in process right now. and I have his File number and UCI number
i dont know how long it take.

can you please guide me how can i bring my son to Canada with my spouse travelling after 2 months.

really need help

Hi

You can apply for a limited validity Canadian passport for the child. These can be issued to children under the age of two with a Certificate of Citizenship app in process.

and do i have to apply in Indian Consulate, where my son is right now ?

Hi thank you for information

Only one thing want to ask,
Do I have to write a explanation letter that I want limited validity passport?
How they come to know I want LVP, all forms r for general passport application.

Do I have to submit my citizenship certificate original
