Case Information:
Age: 35: 11 points
CELPIP Score: Speaking 8, listening : 11, Reading: 12 an writing: 9: 24 points
Completing PHD by end of AUG 2018, so indicated as a current degree
ECA: 4 years bachelor degree + 1 year diploma. since they did not evaluate the PHD, I get only 22 points
Just found one more thing, WES did not evaluate my PHD degree, They put a remark The credentials is not comparable to a completed Canadian education credential.

That make 57 points

FUNDs: 30K
Using Primary Occupation Code: 4011
Experience: Using code 4012 since 2014. Tried with both 20/40 hrs week.

Does it mean I can't use my PHD qualification? because of ECA.

Now the biggest question could I use 4011 code or not. If I could then have 2-3 years of RE/TA experience, Otherwise I have use a year experience from 2008/08 to 20009/10. So that's will be 9 or 11 points.

based on 9 points, total will be 66 points
based on 11 points, total will be 68 points.
Possible 5 points for Uncle/aunt

I have tried three times and got rejected. Also ECA was completed on 8/2. I have created the profile in next few hours of ECA.

Correct, you can't claim points for your PhD until you have officially completed the program and have been awarded the degree. So the 22 points for education is correct.

How about the Primary Occupation Code of 4011? Should I still use it on basis of PHD.

Any idea if they cross check ECA? They have been rejecting my profile but don't know on what basis.

Do you have a year of full-time continuous work experience under your primary NOC?

Nope, that is where it is tricky> the primary Job code I want to use is 4011 for university lecture or professor. I do not have one year in that. But I have 4 years of RA/TA experience under 4012.

If your primary NOC is 4011 then that's the reason for ineligibility.
