Need help to address queries

I am a professional from India, One of an immigration consultant confirmed that I am eligibe for Express Entry for NOC no.1122 as I have around 16 years of express in Business Management Consulting. Based on this advice I appeared in IELTS and got a score of - L-7, R-6,W-7.5,S-8.5.

When I checked on canada gov website and filled the form to check my eligibility it said - you are eligible for express entry, however when i submitted my application withing 20 seconds i got a message that I am not eligibile for express entry program.

Need help and addressing below queries.

1. Am I eligible for express entry.
2. Is my IELTS score acceptable, the over all band score is 7.5 and CEFR level is C1.
3. Do I submit a new application.
4. Any other advice which helps me settle in canada in any other program.

1. Am I eligible for express entry.
A : U are eligible to apply EE.
2. Is my IELTS score acceptable, the over all band score is 7.5 and CEFR level is C1.
A: U have pretty decent score . The criteria is the person need to have 6 in each (LRWS).
3. Do I submit a new application.
A: you may need to submit new apps.
4. Any other advice which helps me settle in canada in any other program.
A: Try for PNP program and try to increase ur IELS SCore ,( For example L:8, R-7.5,W-7.5,S-8.5), which will improve ur CRS Score .
A: LWS are the main areas where ur CRS will improve depends on IELTS Score.
A: Get ECA is done for all ur educations plus accompanying person education as well.
These all will help u to apply again for EE . If you get CRS score more than 444 or more , definitely u get ITA invitation to apply PR

Thanks a lot for your inputs, it really helped.

Actually I approached IQAS to get my ECA done however they said - You will have to provide the reference number from the ECA report in your Express Entry profile, as well as in your application for permanent residence (along with proof of your foreign credential)
As my application was rejected in 20 seconds there was no reference number from the ECA REPORT IN MY EXPRESS ENTRY PROFILE.
Could you help me to find out what reference no. are they asking and how to get it. KINDLY HELP.
