NEED help Thanks RE: family size change after the application

hi everyone
i have a question about parent sponsorship, regarding family size change after the application.

For example, I want to sponsoring my mum in 2019 and i meet the LICO for family of 2 for 2016,2017 and 2018. (current family size 2, me and mum)
lets assume that i submit the application in Jan 2019, what happens if i get married in May 2019.
1. will the change in family size after the application impact my application? Do i have to withdrawal my application because i no longer meet LICO for family of 3 for 2016 - 2018?
2. OR All i need to do is to meet the LICO for family of 3 in 2019 (and following years until the approval), because when i submit the application, the family is 2 and i meet the requirement, and size change happens after the submission,
2. OR I'm safe, because i already submitted the application and at the time of application i met the LICO requirement?

i understand that the change of family size before i submit will make my previous tax years no longer qualifying, what about change after the submission of the application? all i have to do is to qualify for 2019 (and following years until approval) ?and my 2016-2018 income still qualify, because i was single for those years?

If you change your family size after application, you will need to meet the increased requirements from that time onwards. I don't believe that it's retrospective.
