Need help, Study permit Refused. Stated reason others

Hi all,

I am Logesh and 28 years
UG Instrumentation and Control 2009 passout
Work exp 5.7 years Instrumentation Engg, Oil and Gas.
Applied for MASC Industrial Systems Engineering, U of Regina

Applied on Nov-23 and Refused on Dec 6
The reason specified - Other Reasons-Your proposed study....

I am confused
1.)Is it coz am I making a switch from Instrumentation to Industrial. I explained well in LOE with the list of courses i am gonna take and everything with light to my UG and work Exp
2.)Is it coz, I used a loan sanction letter stating only course name sans university name.
3.) I have been not working since Jan and been in home hoping only for this. Is this a cause?

I am confused o how to clear this. I am planning to apply online this time.I am supposed to join for Winter 2017 intake.

Guys, Need suggestions in this!!!!!!!!!!ASAP

Applied at Chennai VFS.
Processed at Bangalore.

Shall i try applying one more time or should i defer ?

hi,
I think you should apply for caips note to get the exact reason. It will help you make proper improvement in your next application. I think you should defer as its too late for jan. Even my visa got rejected and i am planning to apply for may intake now, as the caips note will take more than a months time.
If you want to know the exact reason then wait orelse you can apply once more. But the former is better.

Did you apply under SPP or general?
and what s the level of study? Masters?

I applied for Masters applied science Industrial Systems Engineering
It should be under University category......

I have been idle in the home since feb 16
Have 2 or 3 months gap between jobs as well
Trying for study permit after 7 year gap....

Could be any of the reasons.........
I would love to do masters.
Underestimated Canadian Study permits initially.

I have plans for second try without GCMS notes. It could be anything under "other reasons"!!!! Hoping to address the rejection blindly with a better LOE.

I am also not sure how bad could a second rejection be in my future.
