Need help related to NOC

Hi friends,
According to appointment letter my NOC -4021
According to experience letter -4011

Reason is when I joined the job it’s a institute of engineering and technology.

One year before I left that it’s converted in to university.

So please advice me which NOC I choose.

NOC to be chosen as per Employment reference letter received from employer as per format of CIC.. So Don't bother about appointment or experience letter.. And I believe experience letter doesn't even have detailed job profile and role/responsibilities.. Claim NOC as per reference letter which you can arrange..

If profile changed during employment, you can claim both NOC with different time frame (as per current role in that time duration)
