Need help regarding work coop visa

Hi,

I am going for a postgraduate university course in Montreal which has a requirement of work coop visa for a particular course subject. I missed adding the document stating the same while submitting the file at vfs global. I submitted a case related query on CIC portal later on in which I attached the document. However there isn't any confirmation of acceptance of the same and it's still not added to my application (seen through online portal cic.gc.ca). Now my query is, I might get study permit in next couple of weeks,

1.can I apply for my work coop from outside canada after getting my study permit.?
2 if not, what will be the fastest way to get it done after reaching Canada
3. Is it issued at the airport when I'll reach Montreal of will I get a mail of the same?
4. I've been told that going to the border to get the same is one of the quicker solutions. How much time would that take?

Same thing happened with me. How did u got ur coop work visa can you please tell me??

Yes. Use the come to Canada tool and it should guide you to the coop permit page.

2 if not, what will be the fastest way to get it done after reaching Canada

Same, online application .

Nope, you'll receive the permit document via post.

4. I've been told that going to the border to get the same is one of the quicker solutions. How much time would that take?

Not sure if flagpoling is a good idea for this.
