well i have completed my i.com in 2010 and got admission in university i have completed my 2 semesters and i have also failed 1 subject in 1st semester and 1 in 2nd semester and naw i am intending to app lie for BBA from university of Manitoba and can my brother will spport me he is in USA and he has green card what are the documents that i need to app lie and there is another problem that i went to USA in year 2000 and came back in 2004 i overstayed my visit visa when i was under 15 i came back to Pakistan. will the visa offiser consider it bad and reject my visa on those grounds or not plzzzzzz reply me i will be w8ing for your reply thxxxx...........
