Myself and my wife are going to submit application for sponsorship four parents and my in laws a total of 4 members on this coming january 2017 when CIC will accept the documents. I have the following questions now that i want help from you guys to prepare my application:
1. Is the form called Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking IMM 1344 needs to be completed by the principal applicant only? which mean if my father is the principal applicant and my mother is dependent than i need to complete this form only for my father?
2. as we are applying for 4 people (My parents and my in laws) should we send all the documentation under one envelop?
3. in the instruction guide there is no requirement for photos but should we still send the photos with our application?
4. when should we exactly courier the packages as people who applied before are saying you can not send them before they start to accept application. we are worried that if you send exactly the day when they open and we miss the quota as there will be lot of people applying. is there way this thing can set up to deliver at the first hour when they accept the application.
i will really appreciate if you guys can clarify or advice on the above questions.
