Need Help regarding NOC 1122

Hello Everyone!

I am a 29 year old male from Dhaka, Bangladesh and would like to apply for FSW with NOC 1122. Since the CAP was reached last year, I'm planning to apply on 1st July when the list will be refreshed. I'm giving my qualifications below, please advise if I'm eligible to apply. FYI my education is MBA and BBA, and I meet all other points requirements.

Please note that I work at a Garments Manufacturing Company and my title is 'Director'. This is a family owned business, and my father is the Managing Director. Here are my job responsibilities:

1. Evaluate company Human Resource and overall management policies and develop guidelines for improvements on a continuous basis.

2. Develop and coordinate worker and employee performance evaluation methods and construct effective relationship systems among the members of the company including the top management.

3. Identify communications needs of the company and manage the entire communication, attendance software, internet facilities and other Information Technology related needs of the organization

4. Prepare the factories for internal and external audits (i.e. ILO) to ensure the factories maintain proper levels of work environment standards as well as worker benefit schemes. Maintain strong relations with all evaluation authorities in order to constantly increase performance in the area of human resource management.

5. Maintain records of all employees and workers and ensure each worker is provided with the benefits due to them by law and maintain highest standard of social and corporate ethics.

6. Strictly enforce benefits to female workers and provide special attention to workers on maternity leave.

7. Manage all companies’ finances and coordinate financial plans with the other departments such as Production and Marketing and conduct update meetings with all senior management staff in weekly and monthly review sessions.

8. Conduct evaluations on all the departments of the organization and provide improvement suggestions and guidelines to maintain comparative advantage in the industry.

9. Prepare reports for senior management review and implementation of guidelines.

10. Conduct meetings with the members of the workforce and other management staff to identify needs, complaints and other issues effecting overall performance of the organization.

11. Take immediate and effective actions to maintain high level of worker retention and corporate allegiance.

At some of the posts, I read that NOC 1122 is for external consultants only, but my work required was purely internal. Would that affect my application? As you can see from my job description, my job was to evaluate and constantly upgrade/improve business processes in the areas of operation, human resources, finance, overall management and IT. So would this be eligible under NOC 1122? Please help!
