Hello everyone. I am new here, just found the website through Google. So, getting to the point, I am from NED University, Pakistan. Got 81 percent which aggr. which makes my converted GPA to 3.7 (according to a university policy, i am not allowed to post links here). Also, I have been working at TRG, one of the best BPO solutions providers throughout the globe, for over one year now. Now I have applied for the MSc(thesis), Software Engineering program under the department of ECE, at University of Alberta. I want to know about my chances to get in there.
Also, if I get in there, I want to know about the procedure of getting a study permit. I want to know what do I need to provide them with my visa application, as in financials and all. And, is there any way (getting TA/RA or anything) to not showing liquid cash. Look, whats written above might sound silly, or I might sound like a naive here, which I am, so I need a little help here.
