need help regarding loan

bank is offering me demand loan against FD. instead of education loan.
will the demand serve the same purpose?
does it make any difference?

hey even i got the same kind of loan....but that is not at all a problem cos in the sanction letter they mention it as an educational loan...so not a prob i guess...

yes i got a demand loan and i applied under spp. I got a loan of 10.25lakhs n my tuition fee is 12000$

hey sunny don submit any extra document...it is enough if you submit the docs mention in the chk list only.....i din submit any kind annual income but i mentioned all kinds of funding in student questionnaire...so that is enough but u can take copies of income source with u...u need not submit it with the application unless they ask...wer r u applying???don worry it is actually very simple....

I will be going to Niagara.. the reason y I asked is.. cant we deduct the amount we paid.. from the actual loan amount required..?? I mean if suppose my actual loan amount requires by the 80% rule is 11.5 lakhs and we have paid around 4 lakshs as the fees.. can we show a loan for rest 7.5 lakhs..?? wont that suffice..??
