Need Help *Regarding IMM008

I am filling out IMM008 forms. Do i need to add my children and myself in the section "How Many family members including you are in this application"
I am Canadian. Children are Canadian.
Wife is Jamaican.
I am Sponsoring her.

Would the number be 1, 3 or 4

1 would be her alone
3 would be her and both children
4 would be all of us.
