How to show FDR documents?

1. Do i have to translate FDR documents? or only payslips or full sonchoypotro/ savings certificate ?

How do i show property ?

2. do i have to translate the property deeds? or land records , CA firm valuations ,
3. which documents should be annexed for property?

i passed my BSc engineer in 2014 31st aug. its almost 2 years by now.

4. do i ve to show work experience ?
i ve work experience . my employer didn't pay me through bank account so i want to avoid this . i am showing property and FDR as country ties.
is their any problem, if i dnt show any employment history.

I will be showing around CAD 43k in bank account , BDT 1core (CAD 1 = BDT 61) in the form of FDR. 3core of property .
i am only son, all this inherited to me. my father is retired , main income source is interest from FDR.
12lac FDR and around 30lac of property in my name. all this are tax paid.

not much travel history , been to USA in 2006 (J1 visa) different passport coz that one is expired , couple of times to India.

Hi Ashokbilash,

1. Yes, make sure you translate every single document from translation services. If you are from Dhaka you will find most offices in the Motijheel area.
2. Yes, I translated my dad's property papers and other land related documents to English. Since I applied online I scanned all my documents into one single file and uploaded to MyCIC.
3.Affidavits are not mandatory but better if you can do it. Please check cic website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study-how-documents.asp as they mentioned very clearly the documents they accept as financial evidence.
4. I am not sure if you applying online or via VAC but having your resume ready would be a wise decision. This way they will know your background and can see any study gaps you might have. Make sure to include relevant work experience in the resume as this will ensure that you have sufficient knowledge on the field you want to study on.

I think your financial situation is pretty strong and you should not have any problems. A quick tip would be to apply online as you don't need to upload a lot of documents. They provide you with a list of documents you need to upload and you just have to follow that. Also, make sure you have your Police Clearance Certificate and upfront medical examination ready. This cuts the processing time to a lot less than expected.

I cant take chances .. online application is new to me .
i submitted upfront medical , biometric and passport . with all relative documents .. 20/10/2016..
website saying avg time 11 weeks.
i dnt ve idea .. how much gona take time ? i need to get it with in 2 month

no one can say how many days it'll take to get the visa. And if you're lucky and VO is pleased with your status you may get it sooner. I hardly think that you can make it to winter semester. But don't lose hope. Good luck

i think .. they will see my class starting date..still 2 months to go
