Today I got an email from CIC that my file has beed transferred to London VO. Still I can't submit my Schedule A cuz there no option available in my cic gckey to upload it should I go ahead and submit it through webform?Also I was asked to mail travel history and military form to Cic before April 13, 2017. Which are ready to be mailed tomorrow. Should I mail these documents to Mississauga or London? Dont really know what is going on with my application. Is it normal that they send the application to vo before the submission of requested documents. Please someone help me.
 
When did the ask you for Schedual A. And travel history can be sent to VO which is London if you have any official confirmation sent from VO. Otherwise still sent them to the office you were in contact with. Need more info from you for a specific answer.

If they say your file has been transferred to London VO, then send the requested documents to London VO.

As regards what is 'normal', it is too early to say The new pack has only been around since December 2016, so experience as to what is 'normal' is only just being accrued.

The letter I received for the requested documents had an address of mississauga and mentioned to send it on the following address and I don't have address of London VO.
