hi im 20 weeks pregnant now and about to give birth at the end of sept...my working permit is valid until april 2014...my employer already know about my condition and they are willing to support me throughout the pregnancy...my question is...is it possible for me to apply my bf ( father of the baby who's in the philippines right now) for a tourist visa in order for me to have someone who can give me support during giving birth to our baby because i dont have any family here in canada...some people already told me that it is possible to have that request in immigration but they cant give the exact procedures or process to do... i hope you can help me...thanks!

Yes. Your bf would have to apply for a TRV (visitor visa) through the Canadian embassy in Manila. He would have to show strong proof that he will return to the Philippines after his visit to Canada.
