Need help please!!

I have two questions:

1: I am about to submit my completed application to Mississauga office for my spouse in Pakistan. Can anyone tell me, is there any specific dimensions of the envelope package in which all the papers and evidence go?? And is there any specific envelope?

2: In the IMM 0008 form, when my wife printed those forms, she received many bar codes. Do they have to be on the same page or cut and paste anywhere? if yes, then where to paste them?

I would really appreciate for the help!

1. No.

2. Place the bar code pages on top of the ones they were printed with. Absolutely DO NOT CUT THEM OFF the page they came printed on, the whole page will be scanned and read by a machine.
