Hi guys i need a help from senior members...
When filling my schedule A form i have added addresses all my toursit visa(Visted india few times and not stay more than 5 months) too on "number 12" section which states "list all addresses where you have lived since you 18th birthday".
few days before they have asked to submit the indian police clearance till present. i was confused 1st because i never lived in india more than five months then why they asked to submit clearance for those period. Then i realized i have added my tourist visas on schedule A form which i dont have to.
Can you guys help me on this? do i have to explain by a letter saying i never lived in india not more than 5 months? and is this comes under misrepresentation? cause i already got misrepresentation on 2013 for different thing and rejected my application and gave me 2 years ban...
i am so much worried about this please help me on thiss.
