If you aren’t eligible for Express Entry then option are job offer with LMIA or PNP programs that require a job offer. Maybe SINP-OID.

Is your wife eligible for Express Entry? Assume you have ECAs for degrees. Being eligible doesn’t mean being invited and her score may still be too low for an invitation.

Thank you for your quick reply. It looks a bit difficult this way.
Let me add: my current company is ready to give me intracompany transfer to canada in next 6 months. So, if I land there in Toronto suppose, then will I be able to get PNP nomination from toronto?? If yes- then will it be easy for me to get PR??
OR
Are there some other things to consider in case of intracompany transfer??
Thanks in advance!

There is no easy way. If you are eligible for one of the OINP programs you may or may not get nominated. Coming on a work permit doesn’t guarantee PR. First your employer has to get LMIA exemption and then you apply for a closed work permit. Research OINP programs and see if eligible. Assume you have ECA and IELTS completed as those are mandatory.

If you move via company transfer you have three options
1. use your current job as job offer and get additional 50 points. ( research this forum there are many threads on people claiming 50p for transfers)
2. gather Canadian experience will get you additional points. 1 year is 50p
3. many provinces do tech pnp draws

all of these points are not mutually exclusive - you can do mix if any.

I moved to Canada when I was around your age. So once you land in Canada the chances of getting immigration gets doubled. Various option come up.
under CEC category once you complete 1 year you get 50 points and you can try Ielts again and with good band and 1 year experience it boosts score even more then 50. Plus since you are ICT your job is likely LMIA exempt if your employer gives you permanent offer additional 50 points.

lastly there are some draws which are kind of good for CEC like I recall one draw where score was 75 and literally every CEC applicant was invited. Not sure whether this will happen again or not

1. This is only true if not LMIA exempt. If LMIA exempt, you need one year of Canadian experience first.

Would suggest waiting to see about changes to the federal immigration programs. Amount of degrees may not longer be an issue since IRCC is going to change to more targeted immigration. Your field of work and job experience may now make you qualified to immigrate versus last year.

Could you please advise me on one more part. I am thinking that I can send my wife for post graudation and try for PR after she is done with study. But, there is an issue which I had just heard from someone ramdomly. My wife completed her graduation in 2016 and so if she gets admission in next year january session, then the gap between graduation conpletion and post graduation starting is about 8 months which makes her in eligible for getting admitted in any of the canadian college. Is it the case or I heard it wrong?
Thank you!!
