need help on Nova Scotia PNP

Hi experts, I am preparing for nova scotia PNP need your help:

1.can I send documents through email, or only courier is acceptable
2.do I need to send IELTS, ECA in original
3.Is PCC required to send now
4.i dont have birth certificate, is there any alternative, can use my high school certificate mentioning my both parents name.
5.what proof can I give to show my legal status in my country

1. Only courier
2. No originals, only copies
3. PCC not required
4. No alternative, tell your mother to send one from home
5. Temporary resident permit

I don't think they ask for notarized or attested documents anywhere in their process. Send them clear copies of supporting documents exactly as mentioned on Pg 21 of the Application Guide under Appendix 2 – Forms and Supporting Documents Checklist.
