need help on Nova Scotia PNP

Hi experts, I am preparing for nova scotia PNP need your help:

1.can I send documents through email, or only courier is acceptable
2.do I need to send IELTS, ECA in original
3.Is PCC required to send now
4.i dont have birth certificate, is there any alternative, can use my high school certificate mentioning my both parents name.
5.what proof can I give to show my legal status in my country

I'm assuming you are talking about Nova Scotia Demand - EE. You'll have to fill the form online, print it out and send it to,

2.do I need to send IELTS, ECA in original

Only copies needed. Along with ECA, include copies of your degree/diploma certificates also.

3.Is PCC required to send now

Not needed now. You'll need it post ITA.

4.i dont have birth certificate, is there any alternative, can use my high school certificate mentioning my both parents name.

They explicitly ask for Birth Certificate. You can try sending something else along with a letter of explanation but they are likely to return your application without assessment.

5.what proof can I give to show my legal status in my country

This is needed only if your country of residence is different from your country of nationality. In such cases, work permit can be used as proof.

Do you mean I need to send copy of ECA as well along with copy of other documents and not the original ECA report.

also for work experience, I have total of 7 year exp from 2005 to 2012 but from past 3 years I am not working because of further studies. How much marks I will get out 15.

You don't need to send the original ECA report. You can choose to send it though but they ask for a copy.

If all of that experience was gained under a single NOC, you will get 15 points for having 6 or more years of work experience.

this is what they have mentioned on their site
1.Submit the original ECA report with your application to NSOI along with proof of your completed foreign
educational credential(s) (e.g., copies of your diplomas/degrees, transcripts). Do not request that your ECA
report be sent directly to NSOI. Keep a copy of your ECA report for your records and future use

2.Factor 3: Work experience (maximum of 15 points)
Your work experience in Canada or international must be:
 at least one year (1560 hours), full-time or an equal amount in part-time
 paid work (volunteer work, unpaid internships, etc. do not count)
 in the same occupation, and
 within the last 5 years before your application to NSOI and application for permanent residence to CIC,
and
 in NOC 2011 Skill Type 0, Skill Level A or B (if no arranged employment, paid work experience must be
one of the opportunity occupations listed in Appendix 1)

Are you applying under Nova Scotia Demand - Express Entry or some other program?

If you are, then this is the Application Guide which you should be looking at and this clearly mentions that ECA copy is sufficient and 15 points for work experience of 6 or more years gained under a single NOC during the last 10 years.
