Need Help on my wife's immigration to canada

Dear friends,

I have my canada PR and i am thinking of applying PR for my wife who is in India right now.
Once i apply for her PR and the process is going on,on which visa can my wife come to canada?
Only visiting visa is advisable or can i try applying for her work permit visa..She wants to work in canada after reaching here.
The question i have is once her PR processing starts,how can she come to canada,which visa is better if she wants to work here ,or applying for work permit will hinder the pr processing?
I am stuck with such questions,Please anyone suggest me.

The process time for sponsoring the spouse from NDVO is about 10 months and at Mississauga it will be around 37 days ,so its not a big deal.You can wait for such a short period.Anyhow she can apply for visit visa during her PR application in process.
