Need help on how to start

Hello everyone,
I just completed my final year in Mechanical Engineering (7 semester avg 57%, 9 backlogs - all cleared).
I'd like to pursue Masters degree in Industrial engineering from Canada next year. However, I have no idea how to start.
Should I contact consultancies?
How can I find out which universities would I be able to get admit from considering my profile? Or am I even for masters degree with low academic score?
Any help will be much appreciated!

U can try Unis like
Memorial Uni
Lakehead UNI
dalhousie UNi


i have seen people get in this uni with 10-11 backlogs

consultancy will discourage u that u r not eligible...
so better to apply without them.
