Need Help on filling out IMM 0008....

I am filling out IMM 0008. Please help me on the ff..

1. Which office should I put to process my CEC.
2. What is UCI (column 3)
3. I was not able to finish my college education. Which one should I select in the column "Highest Level of Education" ? Secondary or Less....or...Post Secondary - no degree?
4. My stay in Canada...I am presently residing in Canada, but there is nothing in the selection that states that.

1. If you are currently in Canada, you can put CIO or CPP-O, but it is likely that it wont matter, since your application will be transferred to a central processing location: CPP-O. This is currently the standard.

2. UCI stands for “unique client identifier.” It is also known as a client identification number (client ID). It appears on official documents you get from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC). It has four numbers, a hyphen and four more numbers. (Example: 0000-0000).

3. I would say that this is a judgment call on your end....put whatever your actuall highest level of education is. If you think that "Post-secondary No degree" is the proper description, than thats what you put in. But, I would wait and see what others say as well.

4. Are you talking about question 10 or 12 on IMM0008? If its 10, then just select Canada and fill out the rest of the details. This serves as your current residence declaration.
