2. Can we edit our profile anytime?
3. About our scores, do you know how much should we get in order to increase our chance? I know perfect score will really help us but human as we are, we might not be able to get a perfect score in all the items.

If you have registered in EE you will be sent an email in your MyCIC account with instructions on how to register with job bank. Read that.
Spouses language points are max 20.
To get more points you need more work experience, a higher qualifcation or better language results.
