It will be more appreciated if the link to the site is included.

I searched for it but it says I have to use an online banking system.

xpressentry is correct you need to sign up for a GCKey account NOT the Sign In partners. Once you have your Language Test results and Education Credential Evaluation info, creating the profile should be fairly straightforward

I just completed creating a GCKey account.

Then I am asked what to do next. I clicked the button that says EXPRESS ENTRY.

Now I am being asked about a Personal Reference Code.

Since I do not have one, I am asked to find out if I am eligible.

The first question was: WHICH PROVINCE/TERRITORY DO YOU PLAN TO LIVE IN?
I wish to go to CALGARY. Is ALBERTA the best answer?

Please please advice.

If ever my score is below 300.. quite low considering there are applicants who have more than 450 score, can I still create an account or apply for the Express Entry...? Then maybe, take again IELTs? Can I do that?

You see, I've tried in a site that gave a Free Test something that gave me the points 299 only. That is why I am afraid I will get the same score now in this eligibility test I am currently filling in.

2. Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English - (WES : Secondary school diploma and diploma-2years)

a. Seconday Diploma (high school graduation)
b. One-year program at a university, college or other institute
c. Two year program at a university, college or other institute
d. Bachelor's degree or a 3 or more year program at a university, college or other institute
e. 2 or more certificates, diploma or degrees, one must be for a program of 3 or more years

I really depends where you do your degree from. WES seems to have been differentiating between degrees completed in Asia vs degrees completed in Europe. Once you get your WES report, you enter that is mentioned on it. You can try 2 or more degrees but if WES comes as bachelors, your score will be lower than your estimated calculation.

For others who wishes to create an account for Express Enty, you may follow me in my journey here...
I will update the steps as I go along this application
1. Go to www cic gc ca/english/e-services/account.asp
2. Click CONTINUE TO GCKEY (thanks to the advice of xpressentry/jazzyapd/kryt0n)
3. Register for a GCKEY ID and password
4. After completing, click EXPRESS ENTRY
...thats all at this point in time for I am still in the process of creating my account.

Aside from IELTS, what test to take as a second language? One that can be taken here in the Philippines?

I searched for that and there is one here in Cebu that offers TEFAQ. We might consider taking that test just to up our score.

Do I need to prepare a CoE for a job that was 18 years ago? Or only the jobs within 10 years ago?
