Hello everyone
Recently I got Close work permit as a CNC Machinist and my wife and two kids are living in India. my elder son is Oct.1999 born and younger son is Dec. 2003 born. My wife already have Canada visitor visa. So I need a help to know how I process the application for there visas and how I invite them. Thanks

Apply for a Spouse Open Work Permit for your wife. Apply study permits for your kids. Your wife would be the primary applicant for this application.

Thank you so much for your reply. for study permits for my kids should I need any document from educational institute ? as a file supporting documents because my elder son is 20 year old and he complete d

You would have to get them enrolled in a college/uni program first. If they get admitted you can apply for their study permits based on the acceptance from the institute.

If I enroll them first in college/uni. I think, we have to pay college fee as an international student. Is there any other solution ?

Your child may not get a visitor visa if his whole family is in Canada. Unless you can sponsor him for PR before he turns 22 he will need to qualify to move to Canada on his own. Your other child will end up with the same issue when he/she finishes high school. They won’t be able to remain indefinitely as a visitor.

can I apply visitor visas for them
The visitor visa is valid only for 6 months at a time after which your family would have to exit Canada. That is why I suggested getting study permits for your kids so that they can stay with you. Otherwise, they will have to go back.

Your older son is on his own if he wants to study. The app would be entirely independent of yours. He would need to be accepted to a university/college and show at least $25,000 in funds. He would have to pay international tuition.

If the younger son is going to attend high school, you can apply for a study permit for him as your dependent.
