Hi.. I am new in forum.. Just wondering if there is anybody here who has applied under this "new" process...

I have read this link, but I could not find the instructions / details of its application. Hope somebody in the forum can help.

only big change is the 38 catagories. if your profession falls in that 38 occupation, than you considered your self as an applicant.
