B) which date should I mention in ( your eligibility period is ---------- to -------------- ) I calculated with my first time landing date 2012/10 to 2018/10/01. on October 01 I am going to send my file.

C) During you eligibilty period did you live outside of Canada ( No) ( Yes)

My situation . I work 2012/10 to 10/2014 in Canada and came back 11/2015 as permanent residence, now my query should tick yes or no in this question.

The physical presence calculator will specify your eligibility period based on your inputs. Use the same set of dates as answer to the first of your questions.

Yes. You lived outside Canada during your eligibility period. So you answer yes to that question.
