Need Help! OINP_PR_Cancelled as incomplete

Hi all

I've found that My CIC status changed "in progress" to "cancelled as incomplete" without specific message.
I phoned a CIC Call centre and he said my application returned yesterday because I did not respond to their request on Feb.16,2017.
However, I exactly responded their request of linking my app. to My CIC account. Then I could check my status was in progress there.
I haven't received any requests besides that.
The biggest problem is that my OINP nomination expires on May 8th, 2017, just 4 days left.

Will Ontario Immigration renew my nomination, if I explain my situation?

If anybody had similar experiences like me, please share your story and advises.

No way!!! That's horrrible!! If that is the ONLY request you got from them (make sure you already checked every possible places, spammed folder, mailbox, etc.), gather all the documents and appeal your case. Fight for it !

I've already checked every possible places, but nothing found they sent to me.
The CIC Call centre said that I should wait for the returned application and re-submit it with a supporting letter.
I really want to know what is the reason for cancellation.

Do you have any idea if OINP renew my nomination Certi?

I'm AINP so can't help much, AINP allows us to renew the nomination one more time with enough supporting documents. Not sure if OINP has the same policy, you may want to look at their provincial webpage.
