Dear Forum Members,
I need your expert opinion on selecting the NOC codes. Please advise which code will apply to me as per below. Appreciate your help, time and effort.
Based on my job duties/responsibility i believe i fit more on NOC 1122 (Professional Occupation in business Management Consulting) but CIC website says that this NOC is more applicable to management consulting firms. (Quote: "They are employed by management consulting firms and throughout the public and private sectors or are self-employed"). The industry that I am working is Freight Forwarding.
The other NOC code that specifically covers Freight Forwarding is NOC 1215 (Supervisors, supply chain, tracking and scheduling co-ordination occupations). As per CIC website, the job duties on this NOC is more managerial whereas I dont manage any employees directly.
Below is my job description. Please suggest an applicable NOC code.
