Hello kind respondents,
I received a letter from CIC telling my wife to mail in her passport and other documents to the Canada Visa Application Center in Beijing in order to get her visa. However, my wife insists she needs a person's name and phone number in order to send the package through mail. Does anyone know how to do this? All I have from the Visa Application Center is the address which is:

Office Address:
Canada Visa Application Centre
12F, Tower A, Central Point Plaza,
No. 11, Dongzhimen South Ave,
Dongcheng District, Beijing, China, 100007

Isn't this enough to send the package? Sorry if this is a stupid question.

Thank-you,

Here is the link with the information you need. There is also a contact phone number and online chat available at the bottom of that link.

The mailing address they provide to send your passport to is the same as you quoted.
There is no requirement to list a person at the Visa Centre on the mailing label.
Be sure to carefully follow the instructions on the link I listed above and provide
a copy of the letter of request from CIC, to ensure your file is correctly identified.
