Today got offer later for electromechanical engineering technician 2year program in George brown for jan 2019

Ok. Accept GBC LOA. You need to withdraw from conestoga. Apply for fee refund.

From your gckey account do DLI transfer. You don't get confirmation mail. Save the submission screenshot for your safety. You are good to go then.

Not at all. That's why options to change is provided by cic itself. You are not doing anything illegal

But the question is what would you do in these 4months?

Just realised that your other course starts in Jan. You need to be enrolled in some course as 90 days is the limit and your visa gets cancelled automatically. I would advise you to stay enrolled for this term in conestoga and then follow what I advised you above about dli transfer

visa (TRV) doesn't get cancelled, only study permit after 90 days.
You can get a new study permit by crossing through a PoE.
