need help in our case pls

hi freinds need help in our case pls. my gf refugee case was declind in 2008, and 3 time H&C got refused and PRRA got refused last year :'(. she still have wp valid till sep 2014. today mine CEC got approved and we both issued COPR. my question is , will we face any problem on border , as we have to go to border to activate our PR .... pls advice :'(

If you have each received CoPR, that means that each of you now have a document that is your Confirmation of permanent Residence! You shouldn't have any problems landing!

does she need to tell CBSA, that she was on removal order , while crossing border to USA side? or is it ok , just cross and come back to CBSA?

You didn't mention that she had been issued a Removal Order. You said that she was denied the PRRA, but I guess I didn't automatically assume that she had a RO.

I'm sorry, but I can't answer your question...but I can say that CBSA will certainly have that information in their system.

One of the questions that she would have to answer is if she has ever been told to leave Canada. If she did not tell the truth, that would be a major problem.

I don't know how CEC differs from a Family Sponsorship PR, but if she had a Removal Order in place BEFORE she submitted the application for PR, that would potentially have made her inadmissible to Canada. Not telling CIC about that means that she would have misrepresented herself...which would be a very bad thing. It could, potentially, impact your PR as well.
