Hi everyone
I am new to this forum. I have few questions regarding the MPNP. I hope i will get some help from you all.
I am trying to apply for my sister. I am PR of Manitoba. Living here over 5 years now. All i need to know is what is the educational requirements for this program? My sister couldn't finish her school due to my father sudden death. She only managed to complete 2 subjects in her GCSC. But later she managed to join a computer school and completed a 3 year diploma. She luckily managed to work in a renowned company as a system engineer for 3 years. Now i would really appreciate if someone can how can i apply for her? Is the educational back ground will decline the application? I don't want to apply for express entry cause i know she won't be qualified. Please help.

Thanks

The level of education and work experience is very important with getting the MPNP. You should consult legal help because your sister may not be a good candidate if she does not meet at least the basic criteria. good luck.

Thanks for your reply. I am wondering my brother-in-law is well qualified regarding educational requirents and work experience. If i apply for him and if his application get approved, can my sister come as a spouse? will then her educational will matter too?

Yes you can apply for your brother in law as principal applicant. Your sister can come as dependant on his application. And you sisters education or work expiriance would not be matter.

But make sure you don't hide anyinfor for your sister. Be honest.

You'll be ok.

Cheers!!!
