need help in filling out FSWP

Need help,
Iam filling on Generic IMM 0008, I have 2 siblings, but there are not dependent to me neither accompany to Canada, Should I include them as dependent, or I should use form 5406E Additional Family info

Please suggest

Which forms are you filling? I read somewhere that new forms will be out before May 4th. Am i reading something wrong?? Please suggest...

Please i advise you wait until 4th May then new forms will be uploaded so do not waste time and energy ... and about your forms no need to add your sibling in generic form you have to add them in family info simply ....
