Need Help in drafting mail/letter to VO

Hello All,

My file is under second review I got my GCMS notes last week so just wondering if anyone has a draft copy of mail/letter that should be sent to VO addressing his concerns, any sort of help will be highly appreciated.

That's a difficult request without knowing why the file is being sent for a second review (unless you're writing a completely generic letter, without addressing anything specific).
