Need help in deciding the program for MBA - experts please reply - urgent!

Hi

Got admission offers from the following 3 programs:

1) Uni of Saskatchewan - Edwards school of Business - Full time MBA - 1 year program - approx 35000 CAD tuition
2) Uni of Manitoba - Asper school of Business - Full time MBA - 1 year program - approx 45000 CAD tuition
3) Uni of Regina - Kenneth Levene school of Business - Full time MBA - 1 year program - approx 22000 CAD tuition
4) Concordia Uni - John Molson school of Business - Graduate diploma in Business Administration - approx 21000 CAD tuition

Though I am more inclined to study in Montreal out of the options mentioned above, please note that I dont know any French and the program no. 4 is not a degree program(MBA).

Which one should I choose so that I get good placement after studies and higher possibility of PR?

I think you should go for u of regina... that will be a gud option...will u please share ur profile information.....did u take gmat exam?? what was the score and where are u from??

bro go for u of sask. If money is not problem. If u think PR at low cost and good edu. Also go for u of regina.

I am an Indian.

Here is my profile:
IT Engineering degree from Gujarat university - First class (64%)
Campus placement into ICICI bank as Credit Manager (top performer award)
Switched job to Citibank as Credit Operations Manager (total work ex till date 4.5 years)
IELTS - 7
GMAT - 530

I am interested in pursuing MBA from a recognized university which can help me land in a good job in Canada.

Can the experts please share their opinions as to which course should i go for?

Go for Edwards. Its the best compared to the others. See if you can get admission into the co-op/internship option. The options adds 8 months of work experience to your degree and has a post-graduate placement of 90+%

1. Asper MBA is the best out of 4.
2. Avoid Uni of Regina MBA.
3. GDBA; too much tuition for it's value.
4. Edward's MBA; you can apply for PNP without any job offer.

Thanks guys...so i understand that I should choose one out of asper or edwards in terms of return of investment considering the value of their education.
Can anyone tell me between Saskatchewan and Manitoba, which has the better PR process? I mean where is the likelihood of getting an easy PR more?

SAS has easier PR.

But listen, only go to Edwards if you can get into their internship option. I have asked the dean there, it is a separate admission process. So get the details and apply now.

The internship program is highly competitive and only 5 to 10 students with little or no work ex are selected for it. The application process for that will start in May followed by interviews etc. I will have 5 years of work ex by the time I join Edwards so dont know my chances for getting selected in this program. I will apply in any case.

I have to make a decision much sooner than May. I have to say yes to one of these schools in the next 10 days.

Please help me guys.. more inputs are appreciated.

Do your own research as well dude. If you've already researched the programs, then research the provinces/cities.

Look at which industry your aiming for, post-MBA. Then look at which province/city supports that industry.

Compare PR options. Compare quality of life, transport options. Hell, compare pollution levels if nothing else.
