Hello,

I am creating my express entry profile and I have few questions, Please assist me with that.

I am currently working on post graduation work permit and completed one year under my work permit.

1)Under Work history and Occupation section there is a question,
Date candidate first became qualified to practice in this occupation(Which date we have to refer here?)

DO I have to Fill this section at all, if I do not have any LMIA??
2)Under Work History, Intended work in Canada section : What sort of job offer is referred here?
Is it based on LMIA?? I have an open work permit for any employer.
I do not have any LMIA.
Do I have to fill this section?
It is very confusing please help me here.

Lastly under Work History section :
"Do not enter any work related to or performed during an apprenticeship process."
What does that mean? Do I have to only include the work experience after my graduation on my post graduation work permit? Any part-time work during my studies is not included?

Can I also include my work experience from back home in related field? What is the procedure if I include the work experience from backhome?. Do I need a job letter from them or in which format??

Under Representative form: If I select no for now and build my express entry profile. Can I take help from any representative later on to help me later on to build my file for ITA?

Please help me these questions as I can't find the information anywhere.

Hi everyone,

My name is Ankit and I am working as a Electronics Technician in Alberta since 1 year and my employer is ready to process LMIA for me. But the question is, I have still 17 months work permit left, So can my employer apply LMIA for me ?
Can anyone know about this problem?

I would be really appreciate for this.

Thanks

1. Fill the Date when you graduated.

2. Yes you still have to fill it select everything and select No for LMIA

3. Your experience counts only for the work that you have done on your PGWP (No co-op or apprenticeship)

4. Yes you can change it later on too

Yes your employer can apply for your LMIA. Your open work permit will change to a closed work permit.
