Need help in citizenship application

Hello Everyone:

Asking help for my friend. She is May 1963 born and she is exempted from english test and citizenship test. She got her application back today. CIC is asking for English test result.
Can anyone guide me how to prove CUC that she is above 54 years old. Is there seperate form for those who are above 54?

She should have applied after May 2018 to get exemption. This is when she turns 55years.
18 till 54 yrs need to provide English test results.
