Some provinces have lower benchmarks for the language. While you will be applying, the scores needed are given on their respective websites. If you are applying for a specific province you can check their website, they have explained the criteria for the application.
What I have calculated is your total score of the language credentials based on the points you obtained for each subject. Add this to the points you will get for your age, education, work exp, etc. You will have an overall total CRS score needed for the Express Entry. Even for a PNP you need to have specific score like eg. Ontario gives people who have a min score of 400 and above the notification of interest, thus providing them with additional 600 points, so they can get an ITA, some other provinces have specific job requirements and need professionals filling those jobs, and others need a job offer from a company in their province. So you will have to check where you fit in. But first get your CRS done, so you will have an idea and move ahead.
