Can anybody please advise me on the reference letter that i have written before i get it signed by my former employer? The confusion i have is whether i should mention the last position i held in a particular role (got promoted thrice) or list them separately. Roles and responsibility remain the same. Below is the letter i have written to try and make the situation clear - hope somebody can advise me on it:

This is to certify that Mr. Faizan ul Haq worked with us at XYZ. Ltd from November 2011 to May 2017. He was a permanent employee of this organization, working 40 hours per week. He joined as an Air Freight Officer in the Airfreight Department and during his tenure held multiple positions as listed below:

Senior Executive Customer Service: Feb 2013-Sep 2015
